Before venturing into entrepreneurship with StrategINK, Vinod garnered extensive experience during his tenure at IDC India and Cybermedia, where he excelled in pivotal roles within the Go-To-Market Services team. His exceptional contributions in sales, marketing, and business development earned him the prestigious distinction of being awarded the Best Employee twice by the organization.
As an alumnus of Amity, Vinod holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration, specializing in IT and Marketing. He completed his undergraduate studies in e-commerce at Indraprastha University in New Delhi. Currently based in Gurugram, part of the National Capital Region in India, Vinod continues to inspire and lead StrategINK with his visionary mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Prateek is a research enthusiast with more than 15 years of rich experience in mining actionable insights and consulting clients to make informed, viable and sustainable strategic decisions for growth of customer and marketing strategies.

Apart from weaving a story and generating insights from any form of raw data, she is adept in data visualization techniques. She has supported wide range of clientele across ITeS, BFSI, healthcare, FMCG sector and others.
She got exposure to both Quantitative and Qualitative research projects while working in various knowledge processing and research firms. Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, she was engaged with Evalueserve, where she was managing an extended arm of Consumer & Market Insights (C&MI) team for a Global Payment Service Provider & advising internal decision makers . The team was responsible for architecting and delivering solutions for stated business challenges shared by their marketing and C&MI teams spread across the globe.
She has also worked with Kantar as Project Director leading the custom research division and worked for clients from various verticals like automation equipment manufacturer, consumer electronics, digital giants, telecom etc. She has also worked with Genpact. where she was assisting Healthcare research division, while for IDC she was assessing Security software & solutions market and monitoring channels (such as VAR, ISV and OEMs) in India.

At StrategINK, Santanu leads all IT/DX Client Engagements as Chief Executive Officer.
Santanu is an IT/Digital Transformation (DX) Thought Leader, Advisor, Business Coach & Enabler with ~25 years’ Solution Sales & Consulting over-achievement track record across ASEAN, Asia Pacific & India. He has consistently led High-Performance teams towards generating multi-million-dollar solution & services revenue from distinguished clients. Before teaming up with like-minded enthusiasts at StrategINK, he was Director-Consulting at IDC India/South Asia. Santanu has also worked in senior leadership roles in IBM (10 years), EMC, Hewlett-Packard (06 years), Digital-Compaq etc., based out of India & Singapore.
His technology focus include domains such as IT Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity, Hybrid Cloud, Analytics, Cyber Resilience, Digital Transformation @ Industry Verticals, and Innovation Accelerators (Cognitive / AI / ML, Robotics, IOT, Blockchain, DevOps).

Venkatesh Natarajan
Venkatesh Natarajan or ‘VN’ as he is popularly called in the Industry, is a Tech Visionary par excellence in the Automotive Domain. He has worked in various capacities across diverse areas of Plant Maintenance, Production, Sales & Marketing before pursuing a stellar career in Information Technology. His 33 years of multifaceted experience in the Manufacturing industry includes 25 years of focused expertise in ‘IT embedded Business Transformation’. He currently serves on the Board of multiple Companies both in the capacity of a Director as well as an Advisor.
VN served as President IT & Chief Digital Officer at Ashok Leyland with over 22 years of association with the company and had been responsible for evangelizing and turbocharging Digital Technology Practices and creating a pan-organization ‘Data Driven Culture’. He is extremely passionate about driving digital resilience, excellence & innovation in the ‘New-Age’ Technology domains of Connected Vehicles, Industry 4.0, AI and Analytics. His inspiring leadership has been a prime-mover for AL’s transition from the ‘Manufacturing Led Era’ to the ‘Digital Led Era’ as a Technology Company.
